Heard learned counsel for the applicant -claimant. None remained present for the contesting respondents. 2.

The applicant -claimant is seeking service to respondent Nos. 1 and 3 namely the owners of vehicles involved in the accident, through paper publication. However, as per the office note, respondent No. 3 is already served in the appeal.

As such, the application is partly allowed to the extent of respondent No.1 only in terms of prayer clause 'B' on necessary charges to be directly paid to the concerned newspaper. Stand over to 22.12.2022.
