Learned Advocate Mr. Bhokrikar appearing for the applicant submits that there is mistake in the judgment that has been delivered by the Reference Court. In fact, the legal heirs of applicant no.1 were permitted to bring on record during pendency of the reference, however, that is not carried out in the text of the judgment. He submits that such correction is necessary in the judgment and order passed by the Reference Court.

It would be appropriate for the applicant to approach the Reference Court and make such request. If such application is tendered before the Reference Court, it shall be considered and decided expeditiously. 3.
