The applicants are seeking transfer of the 50% amount, which is allowed to be withdrawn to the concerned court i.e. CJSD, Jalgaon since the applicants are having personal diffculty for withdrawing such amount from this court.

In view of the same, the aforesaid amount which is to be withdrawn by the applicants, be remitted alongwith accrued interest till date to the court of CJSD, Jalgaon. 4.

On such remittance, the applicants will be at liberty to withdraw the same by fling usual undertaking to the satisfaction of reference court.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
