Mr. Salve, learned counsel for respondent No. 4 submits that the cut-off marks for economically and socially backward class category is 67.54%. Petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 can be accommodated. Petitioner No. 1 has secured only 63% marks, as such can not be considered and petitioner Nos. 4 to 7 have not submitted any document.

Mr. Biradar, learned counsel for the petitioners
2 W.P. 13328.2017 submits that petitioner Nos. 4 to 7 would submit the documents. Mr. Salve, learned counsel submits that in case such documents are submitted, respondent No. 4 would consider it on its own merit.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed. 4.
Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
