Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

By way of present application the learned counsel prays for condonation of delay caused in filing application for seeking restoration of writ petition, of which registration is refused for non removal of the office objections. Learned counsel submits that the delay caused in removing the office objection is not an intentional one. Learned counsel also submits that the office objections are already removed.

For the reasons stated in the application, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C). The writ petition is restored to its file.
