The learned Advocate for the respondent states that HMP No.268/2019 filed by the husband, of which transfer is sought by the wife through the present application, itself is withdrawn on 18/02/2022. An order passed to that effect by the learned Civil Judge, S.D. Aurangabad is taken on record and marked "X' for identification. 2.
