This application is for bringing on record the legal heirs of the deceased Shankar Sontakke and his son Dada Shankar Sontakke. The deceased Shankar died on 13-09-2015 leaving behind heirs which are shown in certificate issued by Sarpanch, Grampanchayat, Patoda dated 05-09-2024. The present applicant No.1A to 1E are the only heirs. However, now Dada Sontakkr died on 28-06-2024 leaving behind heirs which

(2) 85ca12592.24 are shown in certificate issued by Sarpanch, Grampanchayat, Patoda dated 05-09-2024. The present applicant No.1F-1 to 1F-4 are the only heirs.

While filing this application, there is delay of 3216 delay caused in filing this application to the extent of bringing on record the heirs of the deceased Shankar Sontakke. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application stands allowed by condoning the delay. 4.

The appellant to amend the title cause of the appeal and application suitably within two weeks from today. 5.
