Learned counsel for the applicants submits that in connection with Crime No. 227/2023, registered with Yermala Police Station, for the offence punishable under section 302 of IPC, charge sheet has been filed and applicants are not arraigned as accused. 2.

Learned APP and learned counsel for the informant confirmed the said fact by submitting that at this stage, there is no evidence against the applicants and hence they are not arraigned as accused in the charge sheet.

Having regard to the aforesaid facts, application is allowed in terms of interim order dated 14.09.2023.
