By way of present writ petition, the petitioner is challenging the interim order of injunction passed by the trial court dated 4.3.2023 and the order dated 5.8.2025 passed in appeal, rejecting the appeal. The trial court has held that the plaintiffs are in possession of the property on the basis of possession of the property, the trial court has granted injunction against the defendant. The suit is simplicitor for injunction and based on the possession.

Considering that the suit is simplicitor for injunction and based on the possession, I see no error in the impugned orders. No case is made out for interference. The writ petition is dismissed. Considering that the suit is simplicitor for injunction, the trial court may take endeavour to decide the same as expeditiously as possible.
