Mr. S.S. Thombare, Advocate for the petitioner Mr. N.T. Bhagat, AGP & Mr. S.R. Yadav, AGP for respondent Nos.1 & 2 ...

CORAM : RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.

DATE : 29th OCTOBER, 2018 PER COURT :

In all these petitions, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that these petitions are identically placed. In the first and second petitions, the issue is of limitation of 15 years. In the remaining two petitions there are several other objections. It is specifically stated that all objections are

WP_12127_2018 with 12128,12130,12131_2018 raised in each of the matters by preferring written statement. The date for hearing in all these matters is posted on 2nd November, 2018 by respondent No.2 competent authority.

The learned AGP appeared on behalf of respondent Nos.1 &

2. He submits that these authorities have no bias against these petitioners. They are bound to follow due procedure of law. The said authority would consider the objections of these petitioners while deciding the cases.

In view of above, I find that these petitions need not be kept pending as these petitioners have raised objections along with their written say before the competent authority.

As such, these petitions are disposed of. It is made clear that respondent No.2 shall consider the rival contentions of all the litigating sides and shall deal with their contentions including the objections of the petitioners, specifically and shall pass reasoned orders in their matters.
