The petitioner's request before us is that the authorities have to permit the petitioner to resort to the Jio Tagging, though challenge in this petition is to the very condition of introducing/insisting Jio Tagging certificate, as it violates the privacy of the tenderer and exposes certain details of the tenderer.

The learned advocate representing respondent No.2, competent authority, submits that if the petitioner desires that this issue of privacy should be decided, this petition may be admitted and the matter may be taken to it's logical end. However, if he desires to participate in the tender process in the light of the Government Resolution dated 8.4.2021, he has to comply with clause B (v).

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that the petitioner waives the prayers put forth in this petition. Since he desires to participate in the tender process, he has to comply with clause B (v) by the end of the day and the last date is 21.10.2022. 4.
The learned advocate for respondent No.2 submits that if the petitioner complies with the said condition, his candidature would be considered in accordance with the terms of the advertisement, within the prescribed time.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the issue of eligibility of Jio Tagging certificate be kept open. 6.
In view of the above and by recording the statements of the respective sides, this petition is disposed off. 7.
