In the first civil application, the LR's of deceased respondent No.12 are sought to be brought on record. The application suffers a delay of 74 days.

In the second application, which is filed in time, LR's of khs/DEC. 2017/16644

deceased respondent No.23 are sought to be brought on record. 3.

In the first civil application, the LR Nos.12A to 12D are served. In the second civil application, Mr.Syed, learned Advocate appears for the LR's of deceased respondent No.23.

Considering the above, both these civil applications are allowed. The petitioners in both these writ petitions shall carry out the amendment and bring the LR's on record of the writ petition on or before 05/01/2018, failing which, these petitions shall stand abated against the said deceased respondent Nos. 12 and 23 respectively.
