This is an application for setting aside the order dated 25th January 2016, passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, thereby refusing

(2) C.A. No. 13635 of 2016 registration of Writ Petition on account of failure of the applicant to remove office objections. 03.

Considering the contentions raised in the application, the Application deserves to be allowed. It is accordingly allowed.

Delay of 245 days caused in filing the application is condoned. The order dated 25th January 2017, passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, refusing registration of the petition, is set aside and the petition is restored to its original position.

The applicant shall remove office objections in the petition within a period of six weeks from today. In the event of failure to remove office objections within the stipulated period, the order passed in the instant Civil Application shall be deemed to have been recalled.

The Civil Application stands disposed of in the above terms.
