The learned advocate for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that the petitioner would withdraw this petition with a request that whenever he becomes eligible for transfer, as per the policies of the Jalgaon Zilla Parishad and the Government Resolutions applicable, he may be considered. 4.

The learned advocate Shri. Shinde, appears on behalf of the Zilla Parishad and submits that whenever the petitioner is found to be
