It appears that by order dated 21st October, 2016, this Court has allowed the civil application in terms of prayer clause (B) subject to payment of costs of Rs.5,000/- to the Plaintiffs. Thereafter, the matter has been moved for extension of period for depositing of the amount of costs. By order dated 3rd February, 2017, this Court has extended the period and enhanced the costs amount from Rs.5,000/- to Rs.6,000/-. The Court has expressed that it is expected from the Applicants that the costs amount would be deposited by 15th February, 2017. The learned counsel for the Applicants submits that immediately thereafter, before 15th February, 2017, the Applicants have deposited the costs as directed by this Court.
