Heard. The petitioner is awaiting decision by the respondent No. 3/Education Officer (Secondary) for grant of approval to his appointment pursuant to the proposal forwarded by the respondent/Head master on 26 August 2021 (Exhibit - F). 2.

The writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No. 3 to decide the proposal (Exhibit - F), if he has not already decided the same earlier, on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four (04) weeks from today.
