The Petitioner claims to be the wife of the Respondent. She has preferred Misc. Civil Application No. 327 of 2022 on 1st November, 2022, before the Competent Court, seeking custody of her minor child who is suffering from kidney disease. The said Application is still pending and the grievance of the Petitioner is that the Respondent is consistently seeking adjournments.

We would refrain from issuing any direction to a Judicial Officer, unless it is extremely necessary, warranted and appropriate. 3.

In view of the above, we permit the Petitioner to request the learned Court dealing with the Misc. Civil Application No. 327 of 2022, for an urgent hearing and orders. We trust, the learned Court would consider the request of the Petitioner.
