The petitioner claims payment of salary for a period of 2008 to 2013.

We have heard learned Advocate for the petitioner and learned Advocate for the respondents and AGP.

It is not disputed that the petitioner at the relevant time was working with respondent as a Principal. The petitioner claims due salary of Rs.10,00,000/- and odd. Mr.Bagul, Advocate submits that the college in question is an unaided college and has no other independent source of income. On instructions he states that the college would pay Rs.4,50,000/- towards full and

( 2 ) wp10374.14 final settlement. On instructions learned counsel for the petitioner agreed for the said amount.

The respondent Nos.4 & 5 shall pay an amount of Rs.4,50,000/- to the petitioner towards full and final settlement of all the monetary claims of the petitioner as against respondent Nos. 4 and 5 within a period of one month from today.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
