1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant. Perused the order dated 12.9.2018 passed by Registrar (Judicial). 2] The application is filed seeking recall of order dated 12.9.2018 passed by Registrar (Judicial) who refused to register appeal for want of non-compliance of office objections i.e. to furnish certified copy of judgment and decree of the trial Court.

3] On due consideration of the submissions advanced and the reasons assigned for not furnishing certified copy of judgment and decree passed by the trial Court, I am of the view that the application deserves to be allowed.,

CA 14801/18 in RC 1319/18 in SA (St) 8320/18 - 2 - 4] Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause [B] subject to supply of certified copy of judgment and decree of trial Court and removal of other office objections within four weeks from the date of this order.
