ORDER :- This is an application for intervention. The applicant seeks intervention in W.P. No. 9171 of 2023. Applicant contends that he is in charge of the affairs of the management of Gramparisar Vikas Shikshan Sanstha and petitioners are unconcerned with the society. The applicant shall be at liberty to move before the School Tribunal if he intends to assert the right in the management of the society. In that view of the matter, the application is disposed of with aforesaid liberty.
