Petitioner is objecting to the order passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer dated 11.12.2015 directing her to tender application for issuance of caste certificate in the name of her father.

On perusal of photostat copy of the application annexed at page 11, it is noticed that petitioner has recorded her name as Sangeeta d/o Baburao Karre @ Sangeeta w/o Subhash Mupade. Petitioner is daughter of Baburao Karre and the application is tendered by noting her maiden name. There does not appear to be any irregularity in tendering of the application. The Sub-Divisional Officer has erroneously refused to consider the application. In the circumstances, order dated 11.12.2015 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Dharmabad is quashed and set aside and the concerned respondent is directed to consider the application tendered by petitioner dated
