PER COURT :- The claim in respect of rental compensation receivable by the petitioner has already been decided by the Collector in view of the order dated 5.7.2011. However, amount determined under the order issued by the Collector, has not been paid by respondent No.4. Respondent No.4 is a department of the State Government. As such, the State cannot disown responsibility in respect of making payment. In the facts of the case, Respondents No.1,2 and 4 are directed to make payment of the amount in favour of the petitioner in accordance with determination made by the Collector under the order issued on 5.7.2011, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
