Present petition is filed for giving direction to respondents to decide expeditiously the proposal made by petitioner for his premature

( 2 ) criwp1561.19.odt release. Submissions made show that the proposal is pending since 2017. The submissions made show that the petitioner has undergone imprisonment of 14 years.

In view of these submissions, this Court holds that direction needs to be given. In the result, the petition is allowed and directions is given to respondents to decide the proposal made for premature release of the petitioner within 30 days from today.
