The present petition is filed for direction to Respondent Nos. 1 and 2, who are respectively Police Station Incharge of Tembhurni Police Station and Investigating Officer, investigating FIR No. 127 of 2025, for inclusion of names of present Respondent Nos. 4 to 6 as additional accused.

According to learned counsel for the petitioner, Respondent No.2 i.e. Investigation Officer has not carried out the investigation properly and registered crime only against some of the accused, except Respondent Nos. 4 and 6. However, during the course of arguments, it is revealed that charge sheet is filed in respect of the said FIR. It means that the concerned Investigation Officer, after due investigation, found that only the persons who are arrayed as accused have committed the crime. In such circumstance, if the petitioner is aggrieved about

935wp1345-25 exoneration of Respondent Nos. 4 to 6, he will be having other remedy as permissible in law against Respondent Nos. 4 to 6. 3.
