This is an application for condonation of delay, setting aside abatement and bringing legal representatives of deceased appellant No.1 on record.

For the reasons mentioned in the application and also having regard to the fact that the appeal is of the year 2012 and earlier Second Appeals are pending for final hearing, I am inclined to condone the delay.
