Present application has been filed for withdrawal of the amount. Amount of Rs.4,81,592/- has been deposited in this Court. 2.

Learned Advocate for the insurance company submits that the appeal has been filed on the ground that the learned tribunal did not consider that the driver of the offending vehicle was not holding valid and effective driving license to drive the said vehicle on the date of the accident.

Taking into consideration the fact that present applicant No.3 is supposed to run the house, she is allowed to withdraw amount of Rs.1,25,000- and applicant Nos.4 to 6 are allowed to withdraw amount of Rs.50,000/- each.

Applicants shall file an undertaking within a period of eight weeks that they would make the said amount good, if directed at the time of final disposal of the appeal.
