Mr. Sikchi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the major purpose of the petitioner stands served as per Government Resolution dated 08.03.2019. The learned counsel in view of that seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition. He further submits that there are some clauses which are detrimental to the interest of the petitioner. The petitioner be granted liberty to assail the same.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. If the petitioner is aggrieved by some clauses in the Government Resolution dated 08.03.2019, the petitioner may assail the same in accordance with law and as may be permissible in law. No costs.
