Heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants. 2.

The submission is, the delay caused is due to bona fide reasons. The application is also filed for setting aside the order of the Registrar, thereby refusal to register writ petition on account of non removal of the office objections.

Sufficient reasons are shown in the application to submit that the absence was for bona fide reasons.

In view of above, the application for condonation of delay as well as the application for restoration of the writ petition is allowed, subject to depositing costs of Rs.2,000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) towards High Court Bar Library, Aurangabad as well as removal of office objections, within a period of two weeks from today.

On compliance of the aforesaid conditions, post the petition for admission in its due turn. In case, if the compliance is not done within stipulated period, the order of restoration of the petition would stand vacated automatically.
