Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to delete name of respondent no. 5.

Leave granted. Name of respondent no. 5 stands deleted. Learned AGP appears for all respondents. The issue raised in the instant petition is no more resintegra in view of order passed by Division Bench of this Court in W.P. No. 2383/2014 decided on 24.02.2015. Petitioners are similarly placed as in the case of the petitioners in the decided matter.

The representation dated 24.08.2018 tendered by petitioners for awarding benefit of one step promotional pay scale is

{2} wp11910-18.odt stated to be pending for consideration with respondent no. 4. Respondent no. 4 is expected to forward same to respondent no. 3 for consideration.

In the circumstances, we direct respondent no. 4 to forward the representation/proposal tendered by petitioners to respondent no. 3 for consideration within a period of one month from today and on receipt of such representation/proposal tendered by petitioners for grant of benefit of one step promotional pay scale, respondent no. 3 shall decide the same, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the representation.

With the directions as above, writ petition is disposed of.
