It is informed that the appeals are disposed of by way of settlement in Lok Adalat. Present applications are filed seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited in the aforesaid matters by

21 & 24-CA-12530-2018.odt (2) the acquiring body. In view of the fact that the appeals have been settled and disposed of in Lok Adalat, the applications deserve to be allowed. 3.

It is directed that the registry shall release the deposited amount in favour of the respective claimants according to their shares and in terms of the awards passed.
