The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is entitled for the pay scale of Rs.4000-100-6000. The same is not being accorded. The earlier representation is rejected. The claim of the petitioner is based on the judgment of this Court at Nagpur in Writ Petition No. 5213 of 2012 dated 16.07.2015, and the Government Resolution dated 03.03.2016.

The representation is given to the Zilla Parishad on 30.12.2017, however no decision has been taken on it as yet.

In case the representation filed by the petitioner (Exhibit-D, Page No. 26) is pending with the respondent - Zilla Parishad, then respondent Zilla Parishad shall take decision upon it on its own merits, after considering the judgment of the Nagpur Bench in Writ Petition No. 5213 of 2012 dated 16.07.2015, and the Government Resolution dated 03.03.2016. The same shall be decided expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (4) months from today. 4.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
