The applicants volunteer that they shall pay fine of Rs.4,000/- each, for their absence during the trial in R.C.C. No.93 of 1992, (State Vs. Vyankatesh and ors.), wherein they remained absent resulting into impediment in conduct of trial.

Learned Counsel for the applicants, upon instructions, states that the applicants undertake to attend the Court proceedings regularly.

In view thereof and in view of the fact that the applicants are aged persons and that the other similarly placed co-accused is reported to be released on bail, present applicants are entitled for bail. Hence, I proceed to pass the following order. 5.
The applicants be released on bail in connection with Crime No.I-482/1990 registered at Kranti Chowk Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 468, 511 read with sec.34 of Indian Penal Code, upon furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen thousand) and one solvent surety in the like amount.

The applicants shall pay fine amount of Rs.4,000/- each within a period of two weeks from the date of their release and they shall attend the Court proceedings regularly.
