Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and perused the application.

The applicants seek restoration of the writ petition, which was refused registration in the wake of the office objections not being removed within the period notified by the registry. 2.

On hearing the learned counsel for the applicants and on being satisfied with the reasons cited in the application for restoration of the writ petition and for condonation of delay, if any, this application deserves to be allowed. However, this must come with costs of Rs.5000/- to be paid by the learned counsel for the applicants personally, in the Bar Library of this Court, within two weeks from today. On producing the
