In this petition, there are three petitioners, who have individually approached the Zilla Parishad, Osmanabad seeking a decision on their respective representations dated 7th July, 2017, 4th September, 2019 and 16th June, 2019.

The learned advocate representing the Zilla Parishad submits that the applications of the petitioners would be decided on their own merits and as per the policy applicable, on or before 30th December, 2022.

In the light of the said statement, this petition is disposed off.
