Mr. Munde, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition on the ground that the petitioner has been penalized in the enquiry. The learned counsel seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to assail the penalty imposed upon the petitioner.
