We have heard learned counsel for the applicants for some time. In the instant case, the crime came to be registered way back in the year 2017 with Nanded police station, Tq. and district Nanded for the offences punishable under sections 304-B, 306, 498-A, 323, 109 r.w. 34 of I.P.C. and the charge sheet came to be submitted in the year 2018 and now the proceedings are pending before the Sessions Court vide Seasons Case No. 71 of 2018. The applicants have approached this Court belatedly. Even learned counsel for the applicants has also submitted that the applicants have filed application for discharge, however, the same is still pending. 2.

In view of above, we are not inclined to consider this application. Criminal application is accordingly disposed of. The applicants are at liberty to pursue their application seeking discharge, which is pending before the Sessions Court.
