This writ petition has been filed for the limited purpose of seeking a direction to Respondent No. 2 - Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the petitioner's tribe claim, which has been pending since 22/11/2022, at the earliest.

Considering that the petitioner's claim has been pending with Respondent No. 2 - Caste Scrutiny Committee since 22/11/2022, we deem it appropriate to direct Respondent No. 2 - Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within a period of two months from today.
