O R D E R

These appeals are placed before today's Lok-Adalat with consent of the parties. Both parties are present before the Court. 2.

Since the Award of the learned Reference Court is less than four times of the Award of the Land Acquisition Officer, the appellant/ Acquiring Body wish to compromise these appeals as per the Government Resolution No.Sankirna-2014/pra.kra.4/Bham-1/A-4 dated 3rd November, 2016 with Government Corrigendum dated 23rd February, 2017 and 13th August, 2018 to the said Government

The appellant is allowed to withdraw the appeal in terms of settlement terms. The award be drawn up accordingly. 4.

Civil Applications, if any, except the application to bring on record legal heirs, stand disposed of.

Respondent/claimants are entitled to withdraw the amount as per the Award, if not withdrawn.

6.

If any undertaking is furnished at the time of the withdrawal of amount, it stands discharged.

7.
