The petitioners claim to have belonged to 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe. Their Tribe Certificates were subjected to scrutiny. The Narwade/

1-wp-11539-2025.odt Respondent-Scrutiny Committee declined to grant them Validity Certificates. The petitioners are therefore before us. 3.

Heard. The fact is that this Court vide judgment and order dated 10.10.2023 passed in Writ Petition No.12570 of 2023 and other connected Writ Petitions directed to grant Validity Certificates to the blood relations of the petitioners. The relationship of these petitioners with the validity holders is not in dispute. We have therefore to follow the suit. Hence the following order :- :: ORDER ::

i.

The Writ Petition is allowed.

ii.

The order impugned herein is hereby set aside. iii.

Respondent-Scrutiny Committee shall immediately issue the Petitioners Validity Certificates of 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe in the prescribed format without adding anything.

iv.

The Validity Certificates shall be subject to the final outcome of the matters intended to be reopened by the Scrutiny Committee. v.
