The Applicants pray for setting aside the order of the learned Registrar dated 22.06.2016 by which the Second Appeal has been refused registration for non removal of office objections. The Second Appeal is at pre-notice stage and has been refused registration.

The Applicants have caused delay of 96 days in filing this application.

For the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Delay of 96 days is condoned subject to the costs of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand) which the Applicants shall deposit with the Advocate Association's Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad within a

After the costs are deposited and the objections are removed, the order of the Registrar shall stand recalled and the Second Appeal shall be registered.
