Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

We are at present not inclined to decide this application on merits. Learned counsel for the applicants states that his clients are willing to settle the dispute with the complainant at-least in this case. 3.

The facts between the complainant and accused may appear simple, but we cannot ignore the fact that the applicants and others are involved in number of other cases where serious allegations were made

2 Cri Apln 5600/2015 against them. We still allow the applicants and others to seek compromise with the complainant in this case. If such compromise takes place, we would entertain similar application only to the extent of Crime No. 0311/2015 registered with Jawahar Nagar Police Station, Aurangabad where investigation is still going on. We would entertain fresh application only if it is made jointly seeking quashing of F.I.R. in Crime No. 0311/2015 registered with Jawahar Nagar Police Station, Aurangabad. In view of this, this application stands disposed of. All interim orders passedin this case stand withdrawn. This Court has taken a note that the amount as per the direction of the Court deposited by the applicants has reached to the complainant.
