By the present application, the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.3 are sought to be brought on record, on account of his death on 27/09/2021. Since copy of the death certificate was received by the applicants on 28/10/2021, the application is claimed to have been filed within limitation. Heard the learned Counsel for the applicants and perused the application, which deserves to be granted in terms of prayer clause (B). The civil application is allowed. The necessary amendment shall be carried out in the writ petition within a period of one week from today. The learned
