By this writ petition, the petitioners are praying for a limited relief of seeking direction that the caste claim of the petitioners is pending before the respondent no.2/Caste Scrutiny Committee and the same has not been decided till date. 2.

It has been informed across the bar that the proceeding of caste claim of the petitioners has already been heard and closed for passing of order.

Considering the urgency that the petitioners are desirous of getting an admission, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondent no.2/Caste Scrutiny Committee to pass the final order within a period of two weeks from today.
