Petitioner is praying for issuance of directions to respondents to issue caste certificate within stipulated period. Application is stated to have been tendered to the Sub-Divisional Officer for issuance of caste certificate in May, 2015. However, no decision has yet been rendered. 2.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to the Sub-Divisional Officer to take decision on the application tendered by petitioner for issuance of caste certificate, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks from today and, it is accordingly directed. Writ petition stands disposed of.
