Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned counsel appearing for respondent-insurance company. Perused the impugned judgment and grounds of objection raised in exception to the said judgment.

In view of the above, following order is passed :

ORDER

i) Applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount with interest accrued thereon on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judl.) of this Court.

{2} ca14166.18.odt ii) Balance 50% amount be invested in Fixed Deposit in any Nationalied Bank for a period till disposal of the appeal.

iii) Civil Application is disposed of.
