Today both the counsel are not agreeable to a common name of an arbitrator. In that view, Hon'ble Justice Shri R. M. Borde, former judge of this court, is appointed as the sole arbitrator to decide the disputes between the parties hereto, as the learned counsel agreed that Aurangabad would be a place which is feasible for both the parties.

The parties shall present themselves before the Hon'ble Arbitrator on 2nd August, 2021 at 11.00 a.m. before which, they will telephonically take the appointment of the learned Arbitrator in this regard.
