Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned counsel appearing for acquiring body. In view of the submissions made, the following order is passed:

ORDER

i) The applicants in both the applications are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court.

ii) Balance 50% be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any nationalized bank, initially for a period of one year and if

iii) Both civil applications for withdrawal of amount stand disposed of.
