PER COURT:

1] Vide order dated 8.10.2018 passed by this court ( Coram : R.M. Borde and Mangesh S. Patil, JJ) already instructions are issued to the respondent No.2 to decide the tribe claim of the petitioners within 3 months from the date of passing of said order.

2] At the outset, learned AGP prays for extension of period by two months in addition to 3 months period granted by this court, to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner.

3] At his request, time to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner stands extended by two months, in addition to 3 month's time already granted by this court., 4] There is a consensus in between the counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Govt. Pleader appearing for the respondents, that this petition can be conveniently disposed of by protecting the petitioners till the decision is taken by the respondent No.2 Committee about the tribe claim of the petitioners.

{2} 6 sr.no..odt 5] The learned AGP informs this court that the tribe claim of the petitioners would be heard by the respondents on 9th January, 2019 and the same would be decided before expiry of the extended period. Needless to mention that the petitioners shall extend full cooperation for expeditious disposal of their tribe claims.

6] Till the tribe claim of the petitioners is decided by the respondent No.2 committee, the ad-interim relief granted earlier by this court, to the effect, "In the meantime, no coercive action be taken against the petitioners" shall remain in force.
