When the petition is called out for hearing the learned AGP makes a statement on instructions that inspection of the Petitioner No.2/College was carried out and a positive report is being prepared for submission before the Respondent No.2/Director of Technical Education. He submits that when the Respondent No.2 forwards the conclusions to the State CET Cell, the Petitioners would be able to participate in the CAP round I for admission to the B. Pharmacy course in the Petitioner No.2/College. The Petitioner submits that inadvertently the CET cell of the State of Maharashtra has not been made a party to the present petition. He

( 2 ) seeks leave to amend and add the said CET cell as party Respondent. In the interest of justice, leave to amend is granted. Amendment be carried out forthwith.

Issue notice to the newly added Respondent. Mr. Narwadkar learned counsel waives notice on behalf of the newly added Respondent. 3.

Learned counsel Mr. Narwadkar on instructions makes a statement that if the Respondent No.2/Director of Technical Education informs the State CET Cell about the aforesaid development of a positive report being generated in favour of the Petitioners, the Petitioner/Institution can be included in the CAP round I. This Court is further informed that the CAP round I is re-scheduled and is said to begin on 27.09.2025 i.e. tomorrow.

In view of the above, the Respondent No.2/Director of Technical Education is directed to take expeditious steps in the matter so that a positive report accrues to the benefit of the Petitioner. 5.

In view of the aforesaid developments, nothing survives in this petition and accordingly it is disposed of.
