PER COURT:

1] According to Mr. Jaybhar, learned counsel for petitioner, the respondents have failed to consider the representation dated 19.10.2007, as directed by this Court, vide order dated 9th October, 2012 in W.P. No. 1367 of 2011.

2] Mrs. Gondhalekar, learned AGP, states that the State has already issued letter to the Executive Engineer, Irrigation Department, Beed to send additional proposal, on 9.10.2013. Learned AGP states that the Executive Engineer, Irrigation Department, Beed retired on 30th June, 2016 and upon seeking instructions from the new Executive Engineer, it is stated that the matter at their end would be expedited. 3] Considering the above, the Executive Engineer, Irrigation Department, Beed shall send a proposal to the Special Land Acquisition Officer preferably within 4 months. On receipt of such proposal, the acquisition proceedings be initiated expeditiously. With these observations, contempt petition is disposed of.
